Command, Control, and Communications Tactical for the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration
In 2023, KLD NHTSA’s Crash Investigation Division created the CISS Total Training Team (C3T), a short-term project intended reimagine crash investigator training for all CID programs. Collaborating with other stakeholders, KLD’s senior crash investigation personnel developed innovative training tools and constructed new e-learning lessons for CID’s Basic Training program. Most importantly, during this project, KLD performed the principal coding and development of an all-new online training platform which is now used to deliver training content for NHTSA-CID investigators.
