Cody Hale began his career with KLD in 2019 as a Crash Technician in the Monterey Office. Through hard work and dedication to quality, he advanced to the position of team leader. In July 2024, Cody furthered his career by stepping into the role of Field Operations Manager of Region 8, where he continues to bring his proficiency and passion to the role.
