Taylor started his career with KLD in Dallas, Texas in 2016 as a crash technician in the CISS Program. He gained valuable field experience at this office until moving into the Team Leader position at the Ardmore, Oklahoma office. Taylor continued to broaden his skills in this role as he expanded the office and trained new personnel. In February of 2024, Taylor transitioned into the role of Field Operations Manager. His experiences in metropolitan and rural data collection provides insight into leading teams in varying environments.
